Let’s bring the big picture about a fair economy and society to the local level.

Join the sharpest economist in the country, Dr Richard Denniss, in a conversation about the narrowing ideology of lower taxes and smaller government that has a majority of our councillors in its grip.

Port Phillip has been captured by a ‘rates, roads and rubbish’ faction that considers local government funding for social housing, arts programs, bike paths, climate action and more to be a waste of ratepayer funds.

This attack on the common good must be rigorously challenged.
