In this forum we will hear from local services in the forefront of creating a safer community.

This Forum will:

• Unpick local crime data
• Look at how other councils and communities are taking innovative steps to prevent crime
• Explore better urban design
• Highlight how more love for public spaces improves safety.
  

Local services in the forefront of creating a safer community, including Southside Justice and First Step, will help inform the forum.

Expert in crime prevention, Anika Dell, will outline how a number of communities are leading the way in local safety.
